**Please understand that as a small business, our return policy is strict, but our number one goal is for you to be happy with your new products. If you have questions about certain products such as the fit or sizing, please don't hesitate to reach out over email or Instagram before purchasing so we can help you get the right products on the first purchase**
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS, STORE CREDIT ONLY. Please see Refund/Store Credit section for more information on our refund policy. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. In store purchases will need the receipt or proof of purchase, online orders will need order # or name used for the purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@kokomokoboutique.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
**Buyer is responsible for shipping costs when returning an item and the shipping cost of the new item being sent, if applicable. If an item arrives defective or we have sent the wrong item, we will send you a paid shipping label**
Refunds/Store Credit
Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds. After a return request has been made and the item sent back, please allow us 48 hours to inspect the item and issue your store credit.
You will receive the store credit in the form of a gift card that can be used in store or online and will never expire.
Defective/Damaged
If your item comes defective or you received the wrong item, please email us immediately with a description or photos of the issues.
Once we have accepted the return for the defective items, you will have the option of being sent a replacement item, if product is still available, receiving store credit in the form of a gift card, or being issued a refund of the product amount, excluding shipping costs.
If receiving a refund, please allow several days, depending on your bank, for the amount to show in your account.
**We are not responsible for damages caused by shipping carrier**
Exchanges
Please understand that as a small business, our products are unique and once sold out, we cannot guarantee a restock or availability of certain products. Please email us immediately so we are able to start the exchange process.
If an item you received isn't the correct size/fit, we will hold the new product for you and send you an invoice for the shipping cost of the new item. Once the initial item has been returned, inspected and buyer has paid the shipping cost, we will ship out the new product immediately.
Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost/shipping costs of the new item, if applicable.
